Loma-Tank isn't happening. After all the acrimony between Top Tank and PBC over PBC playing keep away from Crawford, I'd be shocked if Top Rank put any of their titlists in with Tank before a round robin featuring Loma, Shakur, Berinchyk, Muratalla, and Keyshawn Davis takes place. It sucks that it's like that but it is what it is. Bob's already been quoted as saying Shakur-Loma is happening later this year if Shakur gets through his defense unscathed. Berinchyk was quoted as saying either Shakur, Muratalla or Keyshawn are next. Tank is going to have to find PBC fighters to keep him busy unless TR relents.

I have some optimism there. The math has changed in a post Tank-Ryan world. Tank-Loma is at least a mid 8 figure night. I’m not sure any fight without him is worth 25% of that. That matters

I hear you but Spence-Crawford was considered possibly the biggest fight in the sport - guaranteed money maker - and it didn't get made until Spence unified three of the belts against PBC opp. Even then, it didn't get made until Crawford left Top Rank.

I'd be very surprised if Tank-Loma gets made before Shakur-Loma. I'd also be surprised if the winner of Shakur-Loma doesn't try to unify with Berinchyk before they look at Tank. Arum is a crotchety, feisty guy. I can't imagine him throwing Tank a bone after what PBC did to his then fighter Crawford.

Thanks my friend. It's wild. As erratic as this era at heavyweight has been, in the years since Fury-Wlad, we've had three heavyweight all timers (Wlad-AJ, Fury-Wilder 3, Fury-Usyk) and we arguably didn't have one for like a decade prior.
